PROMAT L500 & COLLAR & TROWEL GRADE GRAFITEX
Promat L500 comes in a 2.4m x 1.2m x 52mm sheet and is a calcium silicate composite board. The board is used as a fire-rated bulkhead / or to move the parent element.
Promat collar is either cut down to size / or are pre-made to size. These then wraps around multiple services which consist of copper pipes lagged with combustible insulation. [can also accommodate other services]
PROMAT PROMOSPRAY
Cementitious Sprays are gypsum based vermiculite fire spray which is applied onto the duct once meshed.
The required thickness varies from 25mm – 60mm dependant on the internal-external protection but each manufacturer’s requirements are different.

Fire dampers could be subject to Insulation criteria as required by Australian Standards subject to certain criteria.

Intumescent Dampers come in an array of different sizes and are used as a method of protection as an alternative to a mechanical damper.
Intumescent Dampers can be installed in many different ways and in many different wall types, these are also available in a cylindrical shape.

Annual Certification of Fire Dampers
Fyre Pro Australia’s Inspection Service makes your life easy!
One of our highly skilled certifiers will test 20% of your dampers annually so that all dampers are inspected over a 5 year period.
This is to ensure continued operation at their original performance levels.
we will prepare a maintenance record for you to see which have passed, and which dampers may have failed. Fire Dampers that pass will be fitted with a Maintenance inspection label.
We will also give you a quote to replace or repair any defective dampers to keep them in working order according to the original specs.
Remember it only takes one non-compliance item and a damper can not be certified.
